I’ve led and advised on 30+ mergers and acquisitions, supporting companies throughout the full lifecycle — from defining the strategic rationale and conducting rigorous due diligence to negotiating transactions, leading integrations, and improving post-deal performance. These experiences form the foundation of my books, Demystifying Mergers and AcquisitionsM&A for SMEs, and The M&A Integration Handbook, which are designed to make complex deal dynamics practical and actionable for executives and business owners.

Today, I operate at the intersection of M&A, leadership, and artificial intelligence, supporting executives as technology reshapes strategy, operating models, and value creation. I don’t approach AI as a standalone technical initiative. I see it as a leadership challenge—one that requires strategic intent, governance, and disciplined execution to drive real business impact.

Through my AI Mastery certifications and hands-on experience as AI Project Lead at Navajo Transitional Energy Company, I help organizations identify high-impact AI use cases, integrate AI into strategic planning, and prepare leadership teams for AI-supported, data-driven decision-making. In M&A environments, this often includes evaluating AI readiness during due diligence, understanding technology-driven synergies, and designing post-merger roadmaps that convert opportunity into measurable outcomes.

Alongside my executive background, I selectively serve as a board advisor, strategic coach, and trusted sparring partner to founders, CEOs, and investors.
