Michael Hofer, Ph.D., MBA, MSA, CPA, is a senior executive and advisor who has led financial strategy, completed M&A transactions, and driven organizational transformation across North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Recognized as a Colorado Titan 100 honoree, Michael brings rare breadth to every engagement — from sophisticated financial modeling and capital markets strategy to operational leadership and international growth. He is equally at home in the boardroom, the due diligence room, and the production floor.
His personal immersion in health, wellness, and human performance — including more than 40 years managing his own health with exceptional outcomes — gives him a level of sector authenticity that purely financial investors simply cannot match. He approaches everything through evidence and mechanism, not ideology.
