Private Advisory Access is my most selective engagement. It is designed for executives and investors who have already worked with me and want something beyond a weekly session: on-demand access to senior-level judgment when it matters most.

This is not a retainer with more meetings. It is a fundamentally different relationship — built around availability, trust, and the direct, unfiltered perspective that only an advisor who knows your situation well can offer.

Private Advisory Access is structured around direct, real-time communication — WhatsApp, phone, and video — whatever the moment calls for. When a situation warrants a quick message, I respond. When it warrants a call or a video meeting, we find time and jump on it — no waiting for the next scheduled slot, no agenda required.

You can reach me with a question, a decision you're wrestling with, a document you want a fast read on, or a situation you want a second opinion on. I respond with direct, honest input — not a framework, not a process step, but a perspective.

Private Advisory Access is reserved for leaders who are already operating at a senior level and who have an existing working relationship with me — typically through the Executive Advisory Retainer or a prior engagement.

This is not an entry-level offering. It is for executives and investors who know what they need, value directness over process, and want a trusted external perspective available when they need it.

Availability & Scope

I work with a maximum of two Private Advisory Access clients at any time.

This limit is not a marketing device — it is a commitment. Genuine availability requires genuine constraint. When a slot is open, I will say so. When it is not, I will not take on additional clients regardless of the engagement.

Format:

  • Direct communication via WhatsApp, phone, and video — whatever the moment calls for

  • I respond to messages as quickly as my schedule allows — typically within a few hours

  • When a situation warrants a call or video meeting, we find time and jump on it — no waiting for the next scheduled slot

  • Confidential and discreet — no visibility to third parties

Scope: Strategic input, decision support, and independent challenge across M&A, value creation, AI strategy, finance leadership, and executive decisions. This engagement does not include document production, project management, or deliverable creation.

Engagement: Month-to-month. No long-term commitment required.
