Private Advisory Access is my most selective engagement, designed for executives and investors who want something fundamentally different from a scheduled advisory session: on-demand access to senior-level judgment when it matters most.
This engagement is built around direct, real-time communication — WhatsApp, phone, and video — whatever the moment calls for. When a situation warrants a quick message, I respond. When it warrants a call or a video meeting, we find time and jump on it. No waiting for the next scheduled slot, no agenda required.
Typical situations where this adds value:
A transaction is moving faster than expected, and you need a fast, experienced read
A board or investor question arrives before you have a structured answer
A strategic decision where you want an independent challenge before committing
An AI or finance implementation decision at a critical inflection point

I work with a maximum of two Private Advisory Access clients at any time. This limit is a commitment, not a marketing device. When a slot is open, I will say so.
